    Course Overview

AP Calculus BC is the equivalent of both first- and second-semester college calculus. It includes everything in AP Calculus AB — limits, derivatives, and integrals — plus advanced BC-only topics: integration by parts, partial fractions, improper integrals, Euler's method and logistic models, arc length, parametric and polar functions, and infinite sequences and series. Aligned with the College Board's ten-unit course framework, this 1:1 course moves at a faster pace while building the mathematical practices the exam rewards.

    What You'll Learn

    • Unit 1: Limits and Continuity
    • Unit 2: Differentiation – Definition and Fundamental Properties
    • Unit 3: Differentiation – Composite, Implicit, and Inverse Functions
    • Unit 4: Contextual Applications of Differentiation
    • Unit 5: Analytical Applications of Differentiation
    • Unit 6: Integration and Accumulation of Change (incl. BC-only techniques)
    • Unit 7: Differential Equations (incl. Euler's Method & logistic models)
    • Unit 8: Applications of Integration (incl. arc length)
    • Unit 9 (BC only): Parametric Equations, Polar Coordinates & Vector-Valued Functions
    • Unit 10 (BC only): Infinite Sequences and Series
    • Multiple-choice strategy for both calculator and no-calculator sections
    • Free-response practice with justification and correct notation
