Information regarding any student that is a minor must only be provided by the student's parent and legal guardian.

    • Student name, student date of birth, parent name, parent phone, parent address, and parent email.
    • Credit card information for payment of fees for our Services.
    • Information on a student's education, including grades, activities and other information that would be provided in connection with college applications ("Admissions Information").
    • Student performance and scores on practice tests administered by us ("Testing Information") and during tutoring sessions ("Tutoring Information").

    For prospective Instructors, we may conduct telephone and video interviews, including mock classes, and we may record such interviews and mock classes. We may also record the audio and video of classes, Q&A sessions, etc. The purposes of the recording may include evaluation of Instructors, student progress, and enhancing future classroom effectiveness. The recorded audios and videos will be kept strictly confidential in our servers for a commercially reasonable period of time.

    Testimonials

    We may post customers' testimonials on our web sites, which may contain Personal Information from you. Once you accept this Privacy Policy, you give us your consent to publish any testimonial, post, comments, and any other representations you have made through our web site or our Offerings, along with your name if provided.
